I Strike Again

I think I strike fear into the hearts of cashiers when I approach, coupons gripped tightly in my fist.

I went to Rite Aid after picking Andrew up from school. They have a coupon in this week's ad that gets you a bottle of free Playtex Baby Wash (hair and body wash). Well, who can't turn that down? The coupon said one per customer, but sometimes you can press your luck.

I walked out with three bottles of babywash and 2 Mega Packs of Luvs diapers for $1.96 total. (Tax only). I recently contacted Luvs because they changed their diapers and put this Bear Flex thing on the side (so it would stretch and be more similar to Pampers Cruisers). I had two packs and had nothing but leaks (both urine and 'other'). I e-mailed them to find out if anyone else had this issue with the Bear Flex diapers. Their response was "no, but we'll send you a coupon for a free pack of diapers so you can try us again." Well cool! I wasn't intentionally complaining, just asking if this was a common finding with the new product.

It wasn't until I got to Rite Aid today that I realized it was two coupons that they sent me for $10 off a piece. YIPPEEE!!! So I picked up some diapers (conveniently on sale for $9.99) for Natalie, and another pack for the new baby.
