Andrew and Dr. Snodgrass

So Dr. Snodgrass is a celebrity in our house. He's the kids' pediatric dentist and is in Cool Springs. He has tv commercials that he appears on, which may explain Andrew's infatuation with the man. Everytime he sees the commercial, he wants to go to the dentist.

So, the kids' appointments were yesterday. Andrew goes back there by himself now that he's 4, but I was in a nearby room with Alie for her appointment. I told Dr. Snodgrass that Andrew is his biggest fan, and he got a kick out of that. He goes over to Andrew (down the hall) and talks to him for a bit.

Here's part of the conversation:
Dr. S: "Hey Andrew, how old are you?"
Andrew: "I'm almost 5. I have birthday on March the 3rd"
Dr. S: "Oh wow! Well, what do you want to be when you grow up?"
Andrew: "Five"

I could hear laughing from down the hall. After they recovered, he asked Andrew if he would like to be a pediatric dentist and work with Dr. S when he grew up. Andrew said "oh, ok!"
