We saw the movie "Cars" on Father's Day. It was Andrew's first time in the movie theaters and he did great. He was completely enamoured by the huge tv screen. It was so cute. Natalie wasn't as happy about it, but she did pretty well.
The movie was about two hours long, but well worth it. Andrew fell in love with Sally (the Porsche). We plan to buy the movie when it comes out on DVD. We also got him Ramone and Flo (the only Cars left at Wal-Mart). He now sleeps with one of them, and one of his Thomas trains. Thomas is most definitely not left behind though. :)
As we were leaving the theater, Andrew talked about the tractor scene where some of the cars went tractor tipping (as opposed to cow tipping). We asked Andrew what the tractors say when they fall over. We thought he would make the groaning noise that they did. Instead he yells really loud "tractor toots!"
Daddy was proud.
