In the past nine days, I have had two friends on Facebook who have asked for prayers. Somehow or another, they each knew a child who was fighting a monumental health battle. Within these nine days, both little girls passed away. I can't possibly imagine what the families of these children are going through. The strength it takes to face each day, knowing that your 3 year old needs a heart transplant, or that your 11 year old needs a double lung transplant due to cancer.
Heaven is two angels stronger now, and I realize this is part of God's plan. But why? When it's my time, that is one of the questions I plan to ask Him. Why do you need the little ones? And why must they go through so much before You take them?
And to think that my biggest heartburn today was over my arguing children and the sink full of dirty dishes. I am so blessed to have trouble such as this.
